Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00am (right on time). Breakfast will not be served after 10am, but we do have some coffee, fruit or bread.

Honor System

We have a mini bar at the palapa area at your disposal. Inside the small fridge you can find some beers, soft drinks, white wine, etc. Please help yourself and register your intake on the blackboard. We call this “honor system” and we adopted it from our northern neighboring country.

Palestina

La Palestina is our food and groceries supplier. It’s a small family-run business based at Pochutla’s market, they handle prime products. If you’re planning on an extended stay and wish to order groceries, you can make a grocery list. We will gladly forward it to the supplier. Orders must be handed to the kitchen staff on Mondays and Thursdays, no later than 2:00pm. La Palestina will leave a check that should be paid off in full at the end of your stay. Payments are cash only.

Our Kitchen

If being lazy and chill is part of your plan and you’d rather hang around and stay in your room until late but crave for a snack, ask the cook if she can fix something simple and fresh for you. The cook is fantastic and experienced. She cooks with local and selected goods. You can benefit from this option and make a deal with her. She can prepare your snack the day before. Agree on the recipe, ingredients, day, hour and price.
