House cleaning, sheets and towel change
After spending three nights in your room, housekeeping staff will change the sheets, towels and water jug. They will also sweep and tidy your apartment, and make sure there’s soap, toilet paper, water in the jug and your paycheck.
On a daily basis, we will check over your trash bin, bedding and W.C. cleanness. We respect your privacy, so if we notice a room is locked or does not answer our call, we will not clean your room.
Housekeeping staff is NOT responsible for doing your dishes. The neatness and order for daily use objects is every guest’s responsibility. Please make sure your dishes are washed and in the drying process before you leave your apartment.
We do not clean or put in order rooms after 14:00 hrs.
Please DO NOT smoke in any of our rooms. We wish to have neat and fresh apartments for our guests. Contact housekeeping staff case you need a product missing in your room or left back home, they will assist you without a doubt.
Tableware and cooking utensil washing
Housekeeping is not responsible for washing, drying and storing tableware and cooking utensils. Ours is sort of a guesthouse and timeshare working style.
Waste management
Kitchen bin: green waste, food waste, fruits, vegetables or biodegradable material must go inside the wooden bin.
Reed basket: discard wrappings and PET containers, tetra pak packagings, polyurethane and other folded, crushed or rinsed plastics. Glass is not recycled in the area, so please avoid purchasing it. In case you do, please wash and dry it before discarding it.
Bathroom wastebasket: deposit toilet paper, condoms inside their envelope, sanitary napkins, razors and cartridge refills.
Ninety percent of our residues are recycled. There’s no waste recollection services in the area and for this reason we kindly ask our guests to help us out by managing and separating all recyclable objects in a neat way. Every two weeks, waste is taken to the municipal garbage dump, close to Huatulco.
